Is there a fix for this

Mike first of al the script has been working great . I have like 1500 subscribers on my list and have had no problems at all. I sent out my normal week letter this week and got this three bounces . I havea lot more than three aol adresses on the list

Any Ideas

Hi Steve,

I am glad to hear the script has been working out for you!

With regards to the errors you are receiving, to be honest, I am not familiar at all with them. I did a quick search for 554 errors and AOL and came across this webpage - http://www.pcworld.com/news/article/0,aid,114993,00.asp which pretty much says AOL's overeager spam blockers are blocking legitimate mail. I do not know why some of your aol addresses are making their way thru and others are not. I would definitely forward these errors to your server admin. They may have dealt with this issue before. Tell the admin what you are trying to do and forward him/her the errors you are receiving. Please do let me know what you find out.

I don't mean to drudge up an old post, but these old AOL 554 errors happend when AOL was installing new spam filtering software. This software was blocking a lot of legitimate emails, and AOL finally took a different route to their spam problem.

The problem definitely should be fixed by now. I know it is for me, as none of my AOL subscribers emails bounce back.
