Works in all common web browsers
Mail Machine Pro works with all common web browsers, including Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, Mozilla and other gecko-based browsers!
Central language File
Mail Machine Pro users are not limited to English. All text in the program can be changed by editing a single source file. Users have the option of using one of our pre-existing language files for Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese languages.

Send newsletter from your SMTP mail server
With Mail Machine Pro email campaign software you can specify your own SMTP server when sending newsletters.
Per-user SMTP settings
Optional per-user SMTP settings allow you to specify which mail server should be used to send their email campaigns. If no SMTP settings are specified the default mail server will be used(phpmail or SMTP).
Batch-mail sending
Send out batches of emails at set intervals. This is an extremely important feature for users whose web hosts have newsletter policies.
Email throttling
Set an interval between each email that is sent(in seconds) This is an extremely important feature as many web hosts require that when sending emails, you have a set interval in seconds between each email that is sent.
Personalize mailings
By recording user information such as first name, last name, e-mail address, city, state, zip code, country, and more, you can personalize each e-mail you send out. Personalization of emails has been proven to increase reader response rates by 600%!
E-mail templates
Save yourself time by saving the content you work off of most when composing newsletters. When composing a message, simply click the template you are interested in loading from the drop-down menu built into the program!
Test messages before sending
Use the "test message" feature to send a test copy of your mailing to a specified e-mail address.
Schedule the sending of messages
Schedule future mailings to be sent at the date of your choice! Out of the office when you want your message to go out? Don't worry, with scheduled sending, your subscribers will receive that message on the day you choose regardless of where you are!
WYSIWYG html editor
Mail Machine Pro newsletter software comes with a powerful editor for composing HTML rich messages. Our integrated editor allows anyone to compose compelling HTML messages complete with images, tables, links, and text formatting with ease!
Web version link
Include a "web friendly" link in your email. This will allow your subscriber to click the link and view the email campaign in their web browser.
Send autoresponders w/attachments
Send a series of personalized email messages to new leads at intervals you define! For example, send a message welcoming your new subscriber the day of their subscription, two days later, and another message sent one week later. Selling a product? Experts state it often takes 7 or more messages before prospective customers make a purchase.

Personalize emails with logic statements to change content based on your rules. Send out one email to all your subscribers tailored for each individual recipient based on their subscriber record and your rules.

Preview your email campaigns in popular email clients(Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, iPhone, and many more!) to see exactly how your email with be viewed by your subscribers.
Detect duplicates during mailing
When your mailing is sent the program checks for duplicates and ensures that the same address is not sent the same mailing more than once. For example, say you have a subscriber subscribed to list A and List B. If you send the same mailing to both lists the subscriber will only recieve one mailing.
Save messages for later use
In the middle of a mailing when something comes up? No problem! Save the message as a "draft" and you can go back and edit it at any future date and time.
Open/Read tracking
Track the number of times a newsletter is read, see who specifically is reading your newsletters, and export the data for future use!
Link tracking
Track links in your newsletters. Find out the click-through rate of every link placed in your mailing, who specifically is clicking on your links, and use the data in future campaigns!

Forward-a-friend
Forward a friend allows your contacts to forward your email campaign to a friend. If the foward a friend link is clicked on, the recepient of your email campaign is directed to a page that asks for their name, their friend's name, the friend's email address, and the option to enter a personalized message. MailMachinePRO will then send the friend an e-mail containing the personalized message and email campaign.
Subscriber Management Features
Request double opt-in and out
Require subscribers to activate their subscription by clicking on a confirmation link that is sent to their e-mail address.
Update account info link
Allow subscribers to update their account information from a text link in your mailing.
Automatic unsubscribe link
Allow subscribers to remove themselves from your mailing list by clicking a link from your newsletter.
Manage & track bounced e-mails
Let Mail Machine Pro handle your bounced e-mail addresses. All e-mail addresses that bounce an X number of times are purged from the mailing list.
Ban or black list members
Ban or black list specific e-mail addresses or whole domains.
Import and export subscribers
Import subscriber data in batches. Export subscriber data with a click of a button!
Duplicate subscriber detection
In real-time, you can ask the program to compare all mailing lists and look for duplicate subscribers. The program will list all duplicate subscribers by mailing list and the date joined!
Notification of new subscribers via email
Be notified via email when someone joins or leaves a mailing list.
Purge non-confirmed users
Subscribers who fail to confirm themselves before a cut-off date are automatically purged from the temporary mailing list.
Custom fields
Create unlimited custom fields to store additional information about contacts such as location, interests, birthday, and more. You can then personalize email campaigns using custom fields, similar to mail merge functionality in Microsoft Word.
Bulk remove
Remove large groups of subscribers from your list by typing in their email addresses or uploading a file.
